MEET OUR FOUNDER
KongKong Consulting was founded by Kgadi Ramothwala, who also leads the company as it’s Managing Director. Kgadi is an analytical thinker who is able to compile strategies and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders relevant for successful implementation of projects.
Founder Background
Kgadi is an empathetic leader with profound dedication to small business success. Holding a master degree in business administration from Wits Business School , PDgip in Social Impact Assessments from University of Johannesburg, along with Bcom in Business Management. Her true expertise comes from over 20 years experience in Enterprise and Supplier Development, Social Impact Projects, and Finance.
Kgadi has a keen eye for spotting opportunities and a passion for building effective relationships. She’s spearheaded the development of impactful programs like Inclusive Procurement and Socio Economic Development strategies. This experience translates into a deep understanding of the challenges faced by small businesses, and a fierce commitment to fostering their sustainable growth.
